Tuesday was used to introduce the six major energy types and Wednesday was used to introduce energy conversions or transformations. We used today to reinforce and review our knowledge of energy types and transformations. Students participated in an activity that used stations to review energy concepts. The activity is called "The Energy Gallery". We reviewed the terms and definitions associated with this unit of study. Lastly, we reviewed the virtual lab activity completed on the computer yesterday. Don't forget -- information to access the on-line textbook is listed under the resources to the right. Tomorrow, students will review our homework assignment, Practice Sheet #18, and students will complete a short quiz. If time permits, the students will start demonstrating their Machine Project Designs. If there isn't enough time in class today, we will start looking at the projects on Monday.
