I was leery of reading this because I am not AT ALL into football; however, I wanted to review some book that my male students might enjoy. I'm really glad that I stuck with this book (even though I did skim through most of the scenes at football practice and games. :) The characters were realistic, and the issues of steroids and parental pressure were well-handled. I highly recommend this to my sports-loving Read180 students!
