Baby Ambroise Born, Teacher Ambroise Gone!!!

Sorry lovies, but I will not be back for a while to Cooper. I was blessed with a baby boy on Saturday March 15th, and he was a preemie, so I will be working very hard to make sure he is healthy and safe. I will be thinking about you guys and responding to my blog so feel free to email me with questions, comments or concerns related to class or otherwise. Please check regularly for updates and do not abuse the sub. Someone is always watching!!! There is no telling about when I will be back so be on your best behavior or you will feel my wrath! Peace!

Monday- Finish Presentations, Begin Reviewing Workbook pages 55-60 if time permits. HW- None

Tuesday- Review Workbook pages 55-60 on Parts of Sentences. Quiz Friday. Begin Reading "Flowers for Algernon" Lit page 182. HW- Review for Quiz, Begin Worksheet. (Do not lose, no extra copies)

Wednesday- Continue Reading "Flowers for Algernon. HW-Complete worksheet. Due Thursday.

Thursday- Spelling Chapter 8- Definitions and Sentences. Do Exercises from Chapter 8. Review for Grammar quiz on Friday. HW-Finish spelling work at home.

Friday- Grammar and Story Quiz. CRCT Practice (Reading Comprehension) HW- None

Tuesday/Wednesday- Block Scheduling due to Benchmark Testing. Begin Typing Rough Draft of Research Paper. Rough Draft Due Friday. Make sure you include citations or you will not get full credit.

Thursday Proofread Rough Draft. Spelling 7 Test.

Friday- Peer Editing and Revising of Rough Draft.

3.  Go to this website and take the survey on http://www.thefunworks.org/, go to the TEXT ONLY SITE, then Take the QUIZ.  Pick the Career that fits best with your interests. Add it to your notes and turn it in.  For your Research Paper, you will research that career.

Wednesday- Receive Research Paper instructions. Begin Brainstorming and research on LapTops.
